Bible Note: Hi Cheri, I'm confused then, What did Paul mean in Eph. 2:15? Does not Rom 10:4 make it clear?. "For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes." (NASB) Christ was born, lived and taught under the law. What he said in Matt. 5- the Sermon on the Mount- was said under the law. He had not yet gone to the cross! The law was abolished at the cross as a means of righteousness. ( Rom. 7:6, Gal. 3:11, 13, 21) Speaking the Truth in Love, BradK |
