Bible Question:
Hi, How are you? If you do not think that what I said was scriptural, please do explain what you think I said that is not sound doctrine. It is hard to know where you are coming from without a specific example. If you do give me specifics, I can try to give you specific examples from scripture. If you want me to quote a scripture for every word I say, well, that's asking a bit too much don't you think? Respectfully, EddieB |
Bible Answer: Hello EddieB, We have a chronic problem of people making assertions without scriptural backing. I saw several things in your answer to Endie that I can point to directly in the Bible (like God is love), but there are other statements where you draw conclusions, such as: "[b]ut asking God to make you usable, and then asking for opportunities for Him to use you, and asking for His help in recognizing those opportunities" How do you come to that conclusion? Just show the Scripture that backs your thought process. And Scripture quotes are not necessary. References will do. Steve |
