Bible Note: Greetings Azure! The Greek text literally reads: "not a drunkard not a brawler, but gentle without fighting without love of money" The two words 'drunkard' and 'brawler' are not textually connected, but they share a similar meaning in that the first word denotes someone who is combative because of alcohol.
