Bible Note: As for Lucifer, there has been much debate on when exactly the angel (traditionally called Lucifer) fell and became Satan. Some believe it happened before the creation of man. I believe that Lucifer could have began his rebellion at any time between the creation, and, at the very latest, at the fall of man. So if you can subscribe to this understanding, then you can see that God could have called the angel who would rebel against him "good" even though He knew what would eventually happen.
