Bible Note: I don’t fall into either the C camp or the A camp but the statement that you just made that we shouldn’t go too far with what you say is an extreme in understanding God’s word just might have me leaning toward the C camp. Getting back to my Question at the point of creation where God saw that all was good: He had already created Lucifer and that surely wasn’t good or is that one of the times when we shouldn’t go to extremes? And by the way how do we know when these times are, maybe eternal life doesn’t really mean what it says and maybe we aren’t really saved as it says, that seems pretty extreme to give a guy like me eternal life just for trusting in Christ. Or maybe God doesn’t reveal what I know to those who are entrenched in the A camp? I will say this for sure I know what I know and I know I can’t loose it because I didn’t do anything to get it in the first place. I just believe it and it doesn’t depend on me to hang on to it, if it did I would have lost it by now! I guess that I can say to all that are in the A camp that you have my best regards and I wish you the best however it might turn out. Why do we have to be classified as a Calvinist or and Arminianist? I just want to be classified as a Christian. I don’t belong to either one of those two guys, I belong to Christ! CDBJ |
