Subject: Imputed sin |
Bible Note: Hello Emmaus I can try. From Rom 5:12-14 the short answer is that there was a common problem from Adam forward which caused physical death. However, sin was not accounted because there was no Law, yet death reigned. Therefore, Adam's sin must have been imputed or counted to all men for all to die physically. Inherited sin, which we get from our parents (Psalm 51:5), is our sin nature. It's part of the birthing process. We can't get away from it. We sin because we are sinners, so we get spiritual death. I would recommend reading the web pages recommended by Sir Pent in posting #63450 and another in my response to him. Steve |
