Bible Note: 'When it come to the grace of God we fail to understand what grace is; John 1:16-17 Grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. 1:1 In the beginning was the Word,(Grace) and the Word (Grace) was with God, and the Word (Grace) was God. 14 And the Word (Grace) was made flesh, and dwelt among us ( and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. This is how I see it, the grace in Eph.2:8-9 is the word of the Lord God. Men interpret it as "unmerited favor". I think we should let the bible interpret it.' Definitely, instead of you! The "Word" referred to in John 1 is not the Bible, and it is not grace. It is Jesus Christ Himself. Jesus is not the Bible. Jesus is not grace. Jesus was in the beginning. Jesus was with God. Jesus was God. Jesus became flesh and dwelt among us. "Grace" was full of grace and truth?!? Pehaps you should think about changing that screen name of yours, because you don't have a handle on either. Grace is not the Bible. Come on! --Joe! |
