Subject: Why does the Bible say days and nights? |
Bible Note: Hi Angel, I appreciate your answer and agree with you that there are many things that we will not understand while in this world. Respectfully although, I believe that a healthy curiosity and desire to learn is not "questioning God's Word". There are some Christian traditions that are mired in ignorance and even pagan origins. I'm not saying that what we are talking about here is in that category, but that because something is a tradition, in itself, does not give that practice legitimacy. Mat 15:3 And He answered and said to them, "Why do you yourselves transgress the commandment of God for the sake of your tradition? We should always try to learn what has true biblical foundations and what does not. I cannot assume that every tradition is rooted in the Bible just because it has been practiced for a long time.
