Bible Question: IF the great tribulation is yet to come right before the end of the world, why did Jesus say, “For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be?” If time is to end at the end of the tribulation – why the emphasis that there won’t be anymore that could compare with it? |
Bible Answer: Greetings Taleb, Your post suggests something that isn’t going to happen the way I see it. “IF the great tribulation is yet to come right before the end of the world” The world isn’t ever going to end. Isaiah 9:7 Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of Jehovah of hosts will perform this. Luke 1:33 and he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. The Earth won’t be as we know it today but it is still going to be here after the Lord does a restoration job on it. CDBJ |
