AMPLIFIED 2015 | Matthew 18:6 but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble and sin [by leading him away from My teaching], it would be better for him to have a heavy millstone [as large as one turned by a donkey] hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea. Subject: Am I wrong? |
Bible Note: I don't remember an actual example of this being done with names, places or scripture. All I can do is quote from God's word: Ex 22:16 "If a man entices a virgin who is not betrothed, and lies with her, he shall surely pay the bride-price for her to be his wife. 17If her father utterly refuses to give her to him, he shall pay money according to the bride-price of virgins. Sometimes it's difficult if not impossible to understand God's wisdom. The bottom line is "We just say Yessir." Blessings to you. |
