Bible Question (short): Mat 5:27-28. Adultery. |
Question (full): Mat 5:27 "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall not commit adultery.' Mat 5:28 But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart. I have a question for these two verses. Is it possible that Jesus is saying that you shouldnt even look at your own wife lustfully? Becouse he just says a "woman". Cant that mean any woman? Im not married but i have a "friend" and if i cant look at her lustfully, im afraid i can never be in a relationship, ever. |
