AMPLIFIED 2015 | Exodus 20:10 but the seventh day is a Sabbath [a day of rest dedicated] to the LORD your God; on that day you shall not do any work, you or your son, or your daughter, or your male servant, or your female servant, or your livestock or the temporary resident (foreigner) who stays within your [city] gates. |
Bible Question: Aren't we supposed to compare everything with Scipture? If the bible teaches Saturday as Sabbath, is there any other authority that can change that? Gods truth has never been popular or mainstream. It is dangerous to do anything because others do. I don't mean to speak down at you, these are just some things I believe strongly. I got tired of 'believing' things because others told me, I need to prove anything with scripture. God bless you on your walk. |
Bible Answer: Hello JD27, You responded to a 4-year-old posting, so you probably won't get a response from that person. For my part, I think your statements are correct--compare with Scripture. Steve |
