Subject: Can prayer change perfect will of God? |
Bible Note: Hey Val, Shalom I'm not "picking" on you, your's is just the end of the thread so I'm posting to here :-) (In fact, I've thoroughly enjoyed reading what you have written before, very enlightening!) The problem I'm having is that it sounds like at the beginning, He was wanting to destroy the whole lot of them and re-make a nation of Moses, but Moses interceded for the whole lot of them and God relented of His anger against the nation, and did not destroy all of them. I'm not arguing the point of God's sovereignty, not at all, I'm just trying to understand those passages (and the ones of Abraham and Lot) in the light of the previous posts. That's all. Cheri |
