Bible Note: Yes Joe! you did quote several verses and I always appreciate Scripture. But those verses don't say what YOU say they say. You want them to say that men are intrinsically, completely evil. So much do you believe this that every motive is not only suspect, but without a doubt evil. And you then use the Romans 8 passages which say that the 'mind set on the flesh is death' proves that every deed and thought is evil. These verses do not show that. "Anything not done for God's glory is ultimately evil." Oh please! You don't really believe this! You can't! Not all actions are intrinsically evil. If a non-Christian picks up a Bible and reads it out of curiosity is not evil. This is ridiculous.
