I couldn't find any verses stating that either, so you responded quite aptly. Well done |

1262 | Is the world ending in 2012. | Rev 16:8 | skccab | 206341
Shalom y'all I'm thinking that the "season" mentioned in Mt. 24 is telling us a specific season. Messiah fulfilled the first 4 biblical feasts right on time (Passover, Feast of Unleavened Bread, Feast of Weeks and Shavuot). I believe He will continue the pattern, as all the feasts were a shadow or figure of Messiah. The year? Unknown. The season He spoke of, I believe is Sukkot, the last of the biblical feasts. And He will fulfill the other 2 (Rosh HaShannah and Yom Kippur) and Sukkot just as He did the first 4, fully and right on time. Just my 2cents Cheri |

1263 | Perfected bodies | Rev 20:15 | skccab | 198841
Shalom y'all, I've just finished reading the end of Isaiah and a thought occurred to me that has never entered my mind before, so I thought I'd run by you folks. I know that we, as believers are promised healing (though not necessarily here in this life). I also believe that with that healing we will have perfected bodies (at the resurrection and in the world to come). My question is this: will unbelievers have "fixed" bodies to take into their judgment? Or will they go into eternity as they were when they died, toothless, blind, deaf, one armed or one legged, paraplegic, etc.? I can't think of any scripture that focuses on that aspect concerning unbelievers. Does anyone else know? My thinking is that they will not receive perfected bodies (since that is a part of the work of the Cross), but I was just wondering.... Thanks :-) Cheri |

Shalom mommapbs, I knew the believers' bodies will all be made perfect, but had not remembered the passage in Revelation. Thank you. It was just something that hit me and made me wonder about it. That passage though in Rev. does come after the "great white throne judgment," so does it apply? Cheri |

Shalom again So I guess we're safe with the idea that the unbelievers will remain in eternity as in life. It was just something that struck me, and even though I had an idea of the answer, I wanted people more "in the know" to help me out with it :-). Thank you so much for your imput Cheri |

Oh and Trish, I wasn't on SBF earlier when you were posting, but I saw everyone's joy at your return. I'm excited about getting to know you as the others do. And I pray if I ever have to face the things you've had to face that I can do it with the same grace and praise. God bless you, my dear sister Cheri |

Hi Trish, There you go!! :-) I just meant those who know the Bible better 'n me. I know alot of times that something is there but don't have the first idea where it is. And of course, those times always come just when there is no time to look!! I love this forum, it's so full of Godly, Spirit-filled folks, and it's lively. I thank God He put it in someone's heart at Lockman Foundation to host such a forum. Cheri |

1268 | Dogs in eternity? | Rev 22:14 | skccab | 199191
Shalom y'all, I had had a question a little bit different than the one I'm posing now, this one came up as I was looking up my references, so I'll get to that question later. This one that just popped up is from Rev. 22:14-15. It sounds like, in these 2 verses, that we're at the end of the age and the beginning of eternity? If so, who or what then are the dogs, sorcerers, and sexually immoral, murderers, idolaters, etc. - I thought they had all, by this time. been sent to their judgment? These 2 verses (in my Bible, NKJV) are one sentence, speaking of inside the city and outside the city simultaneously? I'm confused. Thanks much Cheri |

1269 | Dogs in eternity? | Rev 22:14 | skccab | 199193
Shalom and thanks John That's sounds plausible and probably quite correct :-). Of course, I was picturing gate at end of yard, something actually physical ... Sometimes I'm very easily confused. Cheri |
