Dear Ed, I just wanted to let you know that I ordered Zodhiates commentary on James, "Faith, Love and Hope". I should get it Thursday. I think I am going to hold off on ordering the ones that Tim suggested. Thanks again for the suggestion and for your help. By the way, what do you think the "Crown of Life is in James 1:12? Blessings, Pam |

Pam I'm glad I was able to help. The "crown of life" is an allusion or analogy to eternal life very similar to what we see Paul mentioning in 1 Cor. 9:25. But once again we see condition that being the command/demand that we endure, or that we keep His commandments. Far too many today think they can live like hell and still be saved. EdB |
