Sorry for making you wait, thanks for being patient! Matt 10:7 And as ye go, preach saying," The kingdom of heaven is at hand." Matt 10:8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. The Revelation Revelation, the word itself means, the unveiling, to reveal. Most churches do not teach revelations because they are already gone or raptured out. The material I will be using , The King James Bible, Nestle Testus Receptus which is the oldest translations of new testament in the world, The Interlinear bible, Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, The Massorah which is the fence or footnotes used in the writing of the King James Bible, but taken out by man and also there was a letter from the translators of the King James to the reader which states, if there is anything confusing or contraversial, go back to the original language because they were in a hurry the Catholics were going to kill them. They did not want the common person to be able to study for him or herself. If you look around today nothing has changed. Now let us go to Rev 13:18 Six Hundred threescore and six. The six hundred in the strongs is number 1812 hexakosioi, hex-ak-os-ee-oy, plur. Ordinai from 1803 and 1540 six hundred:- six hundred strongs 1803 six in the strongs is hex, a prim. numeral , six 1540: hekaton, hek-at-on; of uncert. affin; a hundred: the threescore is number 1835 in the strongs; hexekonta, hex-ay'-kon-tah, the tenth multiple of 1803, six;-six -fold, threescore. The last six would eem to be number 1803 but is not, in fact it is all wrong. The correct way to translate is greek number 5516, for this is the way it is originally written and translated. Strongs 5516 chi xi stigma, khee-xee-stig'-ma, the 22nd, 14th, and an obsolete letter 4742 as a cross of the greek alphabet, intermediate between the 5th and 6th, used as numbers: denoting respectively 600,60 and 6. 666 as a numeral:-six hundred threescore and six. Strongs 4742 stigma, stig-mah; from a prim. Size to stick, i.e. prick; a mark incised or punched for recognition of ownership, i.e. fig., scar of service: -mark. The key to this verse, Rev 13:18, is the words wisdom, reason and count. In the strongs wisdom is 4678: sophia, saf-ee-ah from 4680; wisdom , higher or lower, worldly or spiritual; -wisdom, 4680 sophos sof; akin to saphes, clear; wise, in a most gen. application:-wise compare 5429, 5424 the word reason in the strongs number 3563 none, noace; prob. from the base of 1097, the intellect, i.e. mind, divine or human, in thought, feeling,or will; by impl. meaning: -mind, understanding, cpmp. 5590. Strongs 1097 ginosko, ghin-oce'-ko; a prol. from a prim. verb, to know ,absol., in a great variety of applications and with many impl., as follow with others not thus clearly expressed: -allow, be aware of, feel, have known, perceive, be reserved, can speak, be sure, understand. The strongs number 5590 psuche, psoo-khay'; from 5594; breath i.e.by impl. spirit, abstr. or con., the animal sentient principle only, thus distinguished on the one hand from 4151, which is the rational and immortal soul; and on the other from 2222, which is mere vitality, even plants: these terms thus exactly correspond respectively to the Hebrew 5315, 7307 and 2416: heart,-ily, life, mind, soul, -us, -you. Strongs 5594 psucho, ploo'-kho; a prim. verb to breathe, voluntarily but gently, thus differing on the one hand from 4154, which denotes prop. a forcible respiration, and on the other from the base of number 109 which refers prop. to an inanimate breeze, i.e. by impl. fo reduction of temperature by evaporation, to chill, fig.; wax cold. Count, the last of the key words. The word count in the Strongs is 5585 psephizo, psay-fid'-zo, from 5586 to use pebbles in enumeration, i.e., gen., to compute. Count number 5586 psephos, psay'-fos' from the same as 5584, a pebble, as worn smooth by handling, i.e. by impl. of use as a counter or ballot, a verdict of acquittal or ticket, of admission, a vote: -stone, voice 5584 pselaphao, psay-laf-ah'-a from the base of 5567, compare 5586, to manipulate, i.e. verify by contact, fig. to search for:-feel after, handle, touch. To put it in easy terms, we are to count as stones in a stream worn over a long period of time. How many books are in the Bible? There are 66 books worn over a period of time, before the cross and after the cross, all prophecy must be fulfilled for mankind and also for satan, old serpent, devil, the morning star, the dragon, serpent, appolyon. He plays many roles towards mankind on earth and in heaven. The bool of revelation is a book of symbollism. Take Rev 1:20, the mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in My right hand and the seven golden candlesticks, The seven stars are the angels to the seven churches and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches. Stars are angels and candlesticks are 7 churches |

Ed, Do you understand the parable of the tares and the wheat? The good seed and the bad seed. Do you read the scriptures and study them using the original languages? If you don't, then you may not get it. I am sorry you are not understanding, I should not have allowed the people here to get away from the original question, but it happened. Rev 13:18 says count the number of the beast for it is the number of a man, the number is 666 and it is in the strongs concordance number 5516 in the greek. The first two sixes are the number of the books in the bible. The last six must be found in the strongs. Start at 5516 and then it tells you to go to 4742 to understand the cross as the last 6. The symbol for the number 6 at the time of crucifixion was a cross and then it became obsolete. Strongs 4742 in Greek says: stigma; from a prim. stizo to stick, i.e. prick; a mark incised or punched for recognition of ownership, i.e. scar of service: - mark By counting the number of the beast you mark the beast with your understanding of the deceptions he has put upon mankind and also who he uses to make his deceptions work. This is the number of the beast. The number of the beast is the number of a man. Count the bad seeds and you count the number of the beast. Its a murder, mystery and a wedding. There is a false wedding and a true wedding which one you attend is up to you, by your freewill to understand with all your heart the letter from our Father. Regarding Rev 6:5 the black horse and third seal are interesting because they are the only horse and seal in the same verse and are the only seal and horse in the right order for the beast system which is coming about in the world. The first beast in Rev 13 is the beast system which brings the antichrist into power. The black horse represents the economic dynasty, there are three others too. Do you know what they are? And who is the economic dynasty of the world? Hope this helps. Patience, all good things in all good time! |

Greetings Casiv! My friend, I think that you are confusing something in Strongs. There was an obselete letter in Greek called the stigma. However, it did not look like a cross. It was shaped like an upside down 5. In fact, it looked very similar to the final form of sigma. The two were very confusing, thus stigma was dropped. Strong refers to # 4742. This is not the letter, but the word stigma, which means mark. It is only used in the New Testament in Gal. 6:17, where it refers to the marks of the Lord Jesus, made by the cross. In addition, the only manuscript which uses the letter stigma in Rev. 13:18 is the Textus Receptus. All other manuscripts use the full names of the numbers. Thus, Rev. 13:18 says that the number of the beast is 'hexakosioi hexakonta hex' or six hundred sixty six. Everything else you said about the numbers is pure speculation without any Scripture to back it up! In Christ, Tim Moran |

You are wrong Tim, The strongs 5516 in greek is ,chi xi stigma, pronounced, khee-xee-stig'-ma. The 22nd, 14th and an obsolete letter(4742 as a cross) of the Greek alphabet ( intermediate between the 5th and 6th), used as numbers; denoting respectively 600,60 and 6; 666 as a numeral: -six hundred threescore and six. The way you are intrepreting is not right. What does your strongs say at 5516? Same as what is above? You could not find 666 to be explained in the strongs until you were given the Greek number 5516 and it was shown to you. You are interpreting 666 as separate numbers and they are one number as the greek number 5516 states. Are you saying that James Strong is wrong? These are his words from his concordance. What don't you understand about "everything else" that was said about numbers in the thread? Be more specific so I know what you are talking about. Your vagueness will confuse others. |

Greetings Casiv! Let me try this one more time! Please remember that I have several years of college level Greek and about 15 years experience at translating Greek. Strong's reference (# 5516) is to three letters, (the 22nd - Chi, the 18 - Xi, and an obsolete letter - stigma) which together represent the number 666. This particular combination is a shortcut for using the actual words for (600 60 6). Just about every manuscript, except for the Textual Receptus, uses the actual words. # 5516 is not a word, but a three letter combination found only in Rev. 13:18 and only in the Textus Receptus. Whichever form is used, the letter 'stigma' did not look like a cross. Do a search on the internet, or refer to the web site that I provided earlier, and you can see for yourself. It looked very much like a upside down or backwards 5. It also looked a lot like the final form of the 18 letter of the Greek alphabet - Sigma. Therefore, it fell out of usage. About the numbers, I understand what you are trying to say. Let me make it perfectly clear - YOU ARE MAKING IT UP! There is not Scripture that says the first two sixes are the books of the Bible and the last six is the cross. There is no Scripture that says 12 stands for governmental perfection and 11 stands for disorder. These are meanings that you (or someone else) have forced upon the numbers. There is no Scripture that says, 'Understand ye people that 12 stands for Governmental perfection.' Instead of wasting your time trying to figure out what mysterious meanings numbers are supposed to have - Read the Bible and see what God actually said! I hope I was not vague! In Christ, Tim Moran |

Matt 15:8 "This people draweth nigh unto Me with their mouth, and honoureth Me with their lips; but their heart is far from Me. Matt 15:9 But in vain they do worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men." Rev 13:10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and faith of the saints. |
