Resposting ... The vultures live because something else died and killed by another animal. This could be either Christ tearing into the dead, corrupt, smelly world ... or the vultures of the world feeding on the people died ... or Christians feeding on the dead of the world. When dealing with end time prophecy, remember what percentage occupies the Bible and let that be the amount that occupies your time in the Word. Searcher |

You wrote: "When dealing with end time prophecy, remember what percentage occupies the Bible and let that be the amount that occupies your time in the Word." Are you suggesting that Christians, who at present are all in the dark concerning the accurate understanding of those Prophetic Words recorded at Mat 24:27,28, ought to limit themselves to a "percentage" of time for investigation of the Truth concerning those verses and if at the end of that 'alloted' time they have not attained to accurate understanding, they should simply give up, stop their search, and remain bereft of understanding of such a vital prophecy? 3 | What does Matthew 24: 28 mean? | Matt 24:28 | Searcher56 | 23438
Ross, There are those who spend too much time talking about prophecy, maybe near al the time. There are those who refuse to study it. Yes we should search ... but not overdo ... on any part of the Bible. If I spend more time than I should in a period, I need to cut back the next. S |

Dear Searcher, at the time when His Holiness the Christ was murdered less than one half of one percent of the population to whom He delivered His Message had become believers. Those who did become believers shared in the fulfillment of prophecy in a very specific and privileged manner. Opportunities for similar privileges are extended to humans today as I write. Only sincere independent investigation of Truth will discover those opportunities. There are more than a billion Christians on Earth, belonging to more than 22,000 different denominations. They are not sharing in those opportunities. In order to discover those oportunities, investigation of the accurate understanding of Holy Prophecy must be carried out with the sincere desire to acquire the accurate understanding of those Prophecies, with the motivation to seek to become active in their fulfillment, not to be a bystander. Ninety-nine and one half percent of those to whom the Lord Christ delivered His Message remained bystanders until their own death. They passed away without ever having understood what had happened. A parallel condition exists before our very eyes today, and more than a billion Christians are unaware of it. Cordially, Ross |

Teach the whole truth, not just from the prophets.

Comment....................Hello Searcher, how are you? Please note that there was no place for the ministry of prophets till the priests had failed in their mission, which was to teach the Word of God. When the priests became absorbed in their ritual, then God raised up prophets as His spokesmen. Peace, Casiv |

7 | What does Matthew 24: 28 mean? | Matt 24:28 | Searcher56 | 23647
Scripture ... Exo 7:1, 15:20; Num 11:25ff, Deut 13:1-5 ... Gen 20:7; Exo 28:1 ... Casiv ... I believe you have been mistaught. Aaron was prophet (Exo 7:1), so was Miriam (Exo 15:20), as well as the seventy (Num 11:25ff) and the Lord told what to do if one prophecy did not come true (Deu 13:1-5). But, before that God called Abram a prophet (Gen 20:7). Aaron was a priest, too (Exo 28:1). End of dicussion Searcher |

Dear Searcher, Thank you for your honest opinions. I agree with you Aaron was a priest, one that made people a golden idol to worship Exodus 32. Exodus 32:25 - And when Moses saw that the People were naked; (for Aaron had made them naked unto their shame among their enemies) Aaron (the priest) had made them spiritually naked through idol worshipping, kind of like the world we live in today. Everyone bowing down to one type of idol or another. Have a great day! Peace, Casiv |
