if that was the case then He would not have asked if Job had understanding. he would of said something to the fact of "you were not even thought of or considered" Jesus talks on the wise builder who takes count of the cost just in case he cant finish the tower ,Luke 14:28, i believe that God was a wise builder. He had the plans all drawn up before construction and counted the cost to the last blade of grass and strand of hair. just to add i also believe this is where satan rebelled when he saw the plans for us.How else could satan be in the garden of eden.
