Subject: does eternal have a beginning? |
Bible Note: Greetings ethan! I believe that Ephesians 1:4-5 is more 'along the lines' of what you are looking for.. In this way, yes, God knew us before time, and in a sense, we did "exist" with God before we were ever born. However, immortality is a characteristic of God, not of man (1 Timothy 6:16), and we cannot claim to possess it unless we have overcame the world with Jesus, receiving the crown of eternal life (Rev. 3:21).
