In the King James Version of the Bible the word "know" appears in the OT 442 times; in the NT 275 times; giving a total of 717 appearances of the word "know." Many of the occurrences of the Word "know" refer to what God knows. Sometimes the word "not" accompanies "know." But many, many verses tell us plainly what man does or can know. As for extra-Biblical "revelation", there may be a little truth in many religions and writings. There may also be a little edible food in many garbage cans. But, if one is hungry, why raid garbage cans looking for food, when God has a feast (His Word, the 66 books that make up the Bible) prepared for whosoever will come and partake? |

Amen. Ephesians 4:11 is the expression of our Lord into verses 12-16. There are many things we know, I'm not satisfied that this is one of them, and I don't believe those saying they know, do. I have clarity on many things I will endorse as fact, but as I've said, I don't know this, nor do I see a knowing of it yet apparent. | ||||||
