1 | Time is short, why not wake up? | Heb 10:14 | Gal5:16 | 108201 | ||
Please read 1 John 2:28 and 3:2. It does not not after he appears we become like him, it says when he comes we will be like him. Likewise the parable about the servants waiting for their master's return, after waking up from a long sleep. The servants that did not have oil in their lamps when the master returned were not permitted to enter. It's okay, you are not the only one that has been deceived by this lie that the devil has used to rob the cross of it's power, and keep Christians defeated. Now is the time to rise up, awake! The end is closer than ever. |

Word Study ... Phaneroo (Appears) ............... In the Greek it is phaneroo (to make manifest or visible or known what has been hidden or unknown, to manifest, whether by words, or deeds, or in any other way) ... and is translated APPEARS. While some versions may say comes ... it does not change the Greek. What version are you using? The NAS says ... 1 John 2:28 Now, little children, abide in Him, so that when He APPEARS, we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame at His coming. 1 John 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He APPEARS, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. |

You missed the point. Arguing about this any further is pointless. I will close with this, and you are free to have the last word: "Timothy, guard what has been entrusted to your care. Turn away from godless chatter and the opposing ideas of what is falsely called knowledge, which some have professed and in so doing have wandered from the faith. Grace be with you" |
