Bible Question:
I Kings 17:21 reads, "And he stretched himself upon the child three times..." 2 Kings 4:34 reads, "And he went up and lay upon the child and put his mouth upon his mouth, and his eyes upon his eyes, and his hands upon his hands, and he stretched himself upon the child..." My question is this: Was this a God-mandated practice that Elijah and Elisha performed, that of "stretching" oneself upon a sick person to heal them? Is this practice in use today by the Christian church? |
Bible Answer: jesus. he is the answer to all our questions to each other. i seek him in you and you seek him in me, when we join together speaking to him he reveals himself to us, when one of us are hurt, we sometimes harden our hearts with negative thoughts, i am going threw that now i am harden with negatives, but i know that jesus used his spit with mud. he was touched on his garment, his love heals anyway you can use it, he spoke to me and then man speaks to me. powerful men speak, and they have such rude words, not kind nothing like jesus. yet they rule the earth as if they were gods voice, when i worked nursing homes, i saw him work with people. who were open to him. but now i have deep problems again, gosh i love the love stuff, but it gets so hard. i hear so many voices. so many people attached to theses voices. but in the back where no one is looking jesus is there and he tells me dont listen to them, they will get their judgement, gosh i wish i could put my anger away, but man is a murder of both dreams and bodies. i sure hope if god put that in your path you get to experance his work through you for someone else. if your told to lay on that person and let him work threw you oh well. jesus peace jesus what a man huh simple love |
