Subject: Can Satin read our minds?Chaser. |
Bible Note: Yes, you are right about the flesh being our biggest enemy, and Satan uses that. However, a lot of people don't even admit that Satan exists, and I guess I just wanted to make the point that it is Satan who places temptations before us, and they can be very subtle, so you have to be on guard against him and them. It would be foolish to ignore them. And, yes, if we submit to the flesh, we can stumble and fall. You are right about discerning good and evil. I am blessed because at my church, there is a true man of God in the pulpit who seeks God first and wants God to be in charge; he wants God's agenda. He just did a series of lessons on how the flesh is our biggest enemy and how Satan get the blame for probably more than he deserves. But, Satan is real and he is tempting us, and he is sly and deceitful. I don't know what you mean by people who live "in the rear" being the ones who are "bothered" by Satan. I disagree. I believe the stronger you are for God, the stronger your temptations are. Billy Graham, for example. He has probably had more attacks from Satan than you or I could even think of. It is how we handle those attacks that is key. Janae |
