Bible Note: I like most of what I see in your post but the one big point about the story of the "widow's mite" was our Lord's emphasis on all of us doing what we can to comply with God's guidance. When it's clearly within our capibilities to do so, we MUST obey God and do everything we can in accordance with His Word, especially as it's cited in the NT. In the scene of the widow's giving her all, He was praising her attitude of complete devotion and submission to God's Will. So we should do likewise, do all that we can to avoid sin, avoid the influence of the world in our spiritual journey with God and instead strive to imitate Jesus with acts of kindness and love.
