Bible Question:
Here is the Main problem Of WOF. Take away all of there false doctrines away and you will get down to the main problem of the WoF. The WoF tries to make the cross into a doctrine. The cross is not a doctrine at all. The cross creates doctrines all true church doctrines and based on the cross. The Cross is part of who Jesus is. Jesus is Salvation (Psa. 82:2). The cross is a part of who Jesus is. Today people have Doctrines on Hell Satan Diety of Jesus, Holy Spirt, God the Father ect. But no true church as a Doctrine of the Cross. Now WoF does have that doctrine as we know as the hell doctrine. In turn they use that doctrine to get churches to deminish the cross to a doctrine. Anything that Jesus does comes from the cross. The Only true Alter God accepts is the cross. The WoF denies the cross. And lie to people and people fall for this lie. They Also put him on another cross that doesn't complete His work, in so doing all doctrines they hold must be false. For if the Cross is the begining of doctrines the Cross would have to be truth in order for any other doctrine to be true. Lets look at one point that their Doctrines are wrong. They claim that satan had God where he wanted them. They also say that Satan had a a part in our Salvation. Although as mentioned before Jesus IS SALVATION They also claim that God is the biggest failure thaqt ever lived. I have read the end of the bible and it tells me the He Wins. Due to there false Cross if Copeland told me that Copeland is his name and based it on a doctrine I wouldn't believe his name was Copeland. I think Every Cult and false religion Deny the cross. |
Bible Answer: DarcyA Word of Faith is birthed in Metaphysics, which is the belief things don't exist until you speak them into existence. Let me give an example, if your travelling down the road and your cars starts to swerve your being tricked by Satan into thinking you have a flat tire, but you really don't have a flat tire. Unfortunately most people don't know this and go, “oh no we have a flat tire,” and that gives Satan the right to actually give you a flat. If that sounds like nonsense let me assure it IS, but it is also very much what WOF believe. In fact many sit in WOF churches shaking their heads that Christians can’t live the Victorious Christian life because this truth has been hidden from them. WOF then blends in faith, now the teaching becomes if you have enough faith you can speak anything into or out of existence. Let me give another example, “Your child becomes sick and you take them to the Doctor, the Doctor examines them and tells you the child has terminal cancer. If you at that point rebuke what the Doctor says (deny he said it) and have faith that your child is well and have enough faith God HAS TO heal that child. If the child dies it can only because of two reasons one you lacked enough faith or you had unconfessed sin in your life. They take this teaching to the point that God used His faith to create the world, He had the faith to speak it into existence and enough faith to make it happen. In others words it wasn’t God’s power or might that created the world it was his faith in the power of FAITH. See they are putting their faith in faith instead of God. To follow this trail a little further it will lead you to the realization if you have enough faith you can become like God. WOF would never outright say this, but the implication is there in the shadows of their teaching. Now to further minimize the differences between God, Jesus and man they teach Jesus was virtually powerless when he came to earth. It wasn’t until the infilling of the Holy Spirit seen in Matthew 3:13-17 that he received His power. They further this teaching by saying we can have that same infilling thus giving us virtually the same power. Again they never directly say it but the implication again is we can become like Jesus. The heart of their teaching is God is at our beck and call provided we have enough faith to make Him execute our desires. God, Jesus and man are virtually the same beings only God and Jesus through the infilling of the Holy Spirit have learned to exercise total faith and once we learn this we can be like them. Again, they never say we can be like them but it is implied in what they say and don’t say. They believe that Jesus when he lived on this earth He was filthy rich and that He wants you to be filthy rich. They love to teach God will take the money from the unrighteous and give to the righteous. However the teachers that teach this get none of their money from the unrighteous but rather from their congregations where they are willing to take as many as five offerings a service to “meet the needs”. Most WOF ministers that have the story down, live like kings while their congregation usually is made up of working people. If tragedy comes into your life it isn’t because of anything like we see in Job. In fact WOF teaches Job was a faithless sinner, yet in the first 2 chapters of Job we see God brag on Job. WOF says Job brought his problems on himself and if you have trouble you brought it on yourself. You either spoke it into existence, didn’t have faith enough to make it disappear or you had sin in your life that you refuse to repent and confess. God wants you to be healthy, wealthy and have anything you have faith enough for. People that are poor or sick are deceived. They refuse to discuss any passage where the Bible mentions an apostle or saint of God being sick by saying that is your incorrect interpretation. Any passage where a need is mentioned as being again a bad interpretation. They ignore the teaching that God would allow us to be refined in the furnace of life. People like Joni Erikson Tada is a faithless deceived person that has allowed the denominational churches to steal her healing faith and have kept her in bonds of sickness. All she needs is faith and God will have to heal her. The problem with WOF is they very cleverly minimize God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit and exalt Faith and the power it has. Once again the implication is if man can have faith enough he to can become like God or at the very least in control over God. EdB |
