Subject: Saved with Baptism? |
Bible Note: Dear Raven: I think being a Christian is proberly where more people classified as Christian, and they are but there are many beliefs that are so direct opposite. I say this to confirm we both are Christians and both have some basic christian teachings, but we have some very different perspectives. As assured there is, No once saved always saved, I would say oh yes that is! One of the basic planks of our faith is the holy Spirit seals us. But that is not significant enough to stop fellowship or caqll someone a non believer.I can assure there are many who as a tender child were aware they needed Jesus as their Saviour. Jesus said unless you come as a little child. My marriage partner was five, and grew as a baby in christ just as we all must. Scripture referes to satrting out on the sinscer milk of the Word. I have been with children most of life. In fact contrary to my grandchildrens thoughts, I once was one. I remember very clearly what was wrong or right. Any young girl or boy knows not to show or touch someone eleses privates. That is taught in public schools in Kindregarden! So please let me assure you God has given children a sence of wright and wrong. And yes right and wrong is taught as well as instinctive. I doubt the age of innocense may be some what different form child to child but by 10 I wold say that streches it pretty far. I think we are both very secure in our beliefs to defend then with scripture that could fill a hard drive. What is more important is how has Jesus changed us so everone can see Christ love in our attitude with others and with each other. Right? agape, justme |
