Subject: Call those things that are not |
Bible Note: Col. 2:8 ¶ See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ. Dear Ed, When you write, "It has it's roots in the metaphysical and is pure hogwash," you use the word metaphysical as if it were the same as witchcraft. I submit that we Christians can from the Word of God develop a metaphysic which is according to Christ and not according to the traditions of men. Metaphysics -1. (used with a sing. verb). Philosophy. The branch of philosophy that examines the nature of reality, including the relationship between mind and matter, substance and attribute, fact and value. Peace, Lionstrong |
