Bible Question: I am a firm believer in THE FATHER, THE SON, and THE HOLY GHOST. However I do not believe in the term "Trinity". I AM NOT LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO DEFEND THE DOCTRINE OF THE TRINITY. What I am looking for is someone who can recomend a Minister, who is a Christian and shares my point of veiw. Can anyone help? |
Bible Answer: A very good question to ask. Our faith does believe in "the Father","the Son", and "the Holy Ghost" You will find scripture clearly states that although they are "one in spirit" ie.. perfect harmony Always exists with them, that they are clearly three distinct entities..As can be noted when John baptised Jesus...The SON was baptised, John saw the HOLY GHOST descend on him like a dove and then a VOICE FROM HEAVEN(GOD) saying.." this is my well beloved son hear ye him." Three separate entities but always in perfect harmony. On the same vein of thought there should be a specfic order to a proper prayer:One should pray To the Father, through the Son(our intercessor) and by the Holy Ghost( which is on earth with us since the time Jesus ascended back to heaven) |
