Bible Question: I am a firm believer in THE FATHER, THE SON, and THE HOLY GHOST. However I do not believe in the term "Trinity". I AM NOT LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO DEFEND THE DOCTRINE OF THE TRINITY. What I am looking for is someone who can recomend a Minister, who is a Christian and shares my point of veiw. Can anyone help? |
Bible Answer: Mincc Welcome to the forum. You asked a very difficult question to answer. You said you believed in the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit but did not believe in the Trinity. From that I assume you believe there are three Gods. Is that correct? You then asked to be directed to a Christian minister that believed like you. That is a problem. By definition a Christian is a person that believes and follows the teachings of Jesus. In the Gospels Jesus repeatedly stated there was but one God. That He and God were one, if you saw one you saw the other, if you loved one you loved the other and etc. For a minister not to believe in the Trinity means he does not believe in what Christ said and that by definition that would put him outside the parameters of a Christian. Hence the difficulty in answering your question. EdB |
