Subject: How to exercize the gift of prophecy? |
Bible Note: DL5 The Luke 16 parable of the rich man and Lazarus in context was talking about the warning the brothers of sinful living. It was said, "they didn't believe Moses nor the prophets nor would the believe even a man risen from the dead." The issue isn't over would they believe the dead was raised it is over if they would heed a warning against rejecting Jesus. I'm not doing that. I'm questioning your story. First the you were told you were going to die, and to prepare someone to replace you. That seems extremely cruel to tell someone that there going to die when the intent was to only to stricken you and then raise you up. In any case you didn't die and therefore didn't need to be replaced because of death. Which makes the first prophecy inaccurate. Secondly you say your wife prayed according to your directions and you were raised up. I don't question that. I question why you being a child of God and understanding this is not your home, would instruct someone to pray for you to raise you up if you knew your work here on earth was finished and you were going home. It seems to me that there is something wrong here. EdB |
