NASB	2 Corinthians 12:13 For in what respect were you treated as inferior to the rest of the churches, except that I myself did not become a burden to you? Forgive me this wrong!
AMPLIFIED 2015	2 Corinthians 12:13 For in what respect were you treated as inferior to the rest of the churches, except [for the fact] that I did not burden you [with my financial support]? Forgive me [for doing you] this injustice!

Bible Question: What was the "wrong?" Is Paul saying that as a minister of the Gospel it is wrong not to charge the local church to support his work among them? How does (should)this translate to the church today?

Bible Answer: Mommapbs, greetings - hope all is well with thee.

Remember Paul was a missionary - a church planter (1 Cor 3:6). Today missionaries and church planters are not usually (as far as I know) supported by the local church, but someone else. Also, they are sent over being called by the local church. On the other hand, the pastor like Apollos, Timothy and others were probably paid by the local church (1 Tim 5:17-18).
