Bible Note: Dear Love Fountain Saul sent burnt offering unto God. Do Saints of today send burnt offering? Saints send a sacrifice to God but it is a living sacrifice. God wants us to sacrifice ourselves by living rightous. Rom 12:1 I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, the you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Now if we can present our bodies a living sacrifice, why did Saul offer burnt offering. The reason still because Jesus had not died and resurrected. The reason I say this is because of St. John 7:39. St John 7:39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) Now the word of God that you speak of is Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is that spoken word that existed in the beggining. It was not revealed to man in the Old Testament. John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you ALL things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
