Subject: Born into the Kingdom of God? |
Bible Note: But it's not a figure of speech, Curtman. It's a clear mistake to think one can be born into the kingdom of God. So being on the right page is not the issue here. Jn 3.3,5 make it plain that one MUST be born again to see it and enter it IF one chooses. Ken, will you elaborate on this statement? You seem to be saying there is something we do to enter the kingdom of God after we are born again. Can you be more specific? Can I also get your comments on Colossians 1:12- 14? Colossians 1:12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: God bless |
