Bible Note: No Sal, I’m not going to crucify you for your beliefs. As a matter of fact, I see no problem with what you’re saying. However, I do need a little time to meditate on it and pray about it. We both agree that not all will be saved. But for all who will be saved will have to work out their salvation. What I mean by that is, now that I have been saved, I must act like it. I have bad habits that need to be broken. I must study the word more; witness more; pray more; and continue to strive to be more like Jesus who was perfect. I will achieve that state of perfection, but I do not believe that I will achieve it on this side of life, but in the life after life. Until then, I must continue to strive for that goal, to be like Jesus. All this is as I said before, the result of being saved. :Please do not think that I’m terminating this line of communication on this issue. I’m not. I just need to give some consideration to this one particular point. I really think that you’re going somewhere with this, and I’d like to be around when you finally get there. The CurtMan |
