Subject: Get behind me, who? |
Bible Note: Makarios, ...And can't say why Jesus said this at this time exactly. But the main leason to it is. Jesus can't see satan behind Him. That goes for us christians if Satan is behind us our focus can be on Jesus. If he is in front of us and can see "him" then we can and will be tempted without our eyes on Jesus. That is the post that I posted which was with the topic before you decided hey better attack Darcy. With that being said I will be E-mailing lockman foundation about it. Also this will be my last post on this forum. But before I leave I have a few things to say especcally to you. When i first came on this forum. I thought you knew your Bible pretty well, until the judging came and you decided on who was Christian and who was not. The bible states: Matthew 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged. Romans 2:1 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. Romans 14:4 Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand. Romans 14:13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way. 1 Corinthians 4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. James 4:12 There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another? I would like to know if God gave you the prevledge of Judging rather people are saved or not. I thought this was a bible forum not a tradition forum. Which seems to be the main resourses on here. I look at tradition then I look at what Jesus said about it. Matthew 15:3 But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? Mark 7:8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do. Wasn't that one of the main problems with the pharisees? Also look at love. Don't find to much of that here. Unless you are in a little "click" and believe in the exact some things. Must have no differences. Anyone who came to this place would be turned off in a second from Christanity. I personally do not want to be apart of that. Its one way to show where they are, its another thing to judge the person or group. Also Jesus said take the plank out of your own eye before you take the speck out of you brothers eye. I never expected anyone to believe my posts I expected to believe the bible and if I was wrong than shown where I was wrong. Instead you don't get that you get judged. Have a good life everyone hopefully the forum will turn biblical and be a place where people can come and say oh thats the love the Bible shown us or I heard about. Maybe Lockman will start condemning Judgments on each other like there rulkes state. God Bless, I am out. Darcy A. Munn |
