Subject: Are we healed already? |
Bible Note: Thisone The point you trying to make just dosn't work. We are saved once. But in the life of a believer he may get sick many times and be healed. The point your trying to make that healing was given to us at the cross the same as salvation. If that be so then why do we not have to keep getting saved. Healing was provided for us at the cross and one day we will have perfect bodies that will no longer know sickness and disease but at this time we are still in imperfect bodies living in an imperfect world that get sick. Eventually we are going to get sick and die, everyone dies of something. Health is wonderful but health is not all that important when viewed in light of everything else in the kingdom. Our purpose is not to live life without problems. Our purpose is to serve a living God, He has given each one of us a commission, a charge. We are created vessels as such we are in the hands of the creator. If He would have us sit holding refuse, holding water, or great treasure that is His choice. We just have to trust that in whatever state we find ourselves God is control and we need to be content. EdB |
