Bible Note: Greetings EdB! I agree that most of us ask, "Why me?" But isn't the correct response, "Why not?" I concur that many people believe that their troubles are a result of "sin in their lives." I recall a woman remarking about some one who had fallen ill, "I wonder what she did wrong?" How sad. God is so good, and often so misunderstood! We place human expectations upon the Divine - is that silly or what! How arrogant we are, and yet, praise be to God, He loves us still!
