Subject: Will we have flashbacks of the past? |
Bible Note: Hmmmm…I never thought of it that way. Thanks. Although, I think when it says, "every man will be judged for his works," it means everyone, believer or not. Isn't there a verse somewhere that says, basically (because I have an awful memory) something about goats and sheep, the sheep to his right and the goats to his left? I don't know. Now, I don't know what you meant in, "People can believe what God is telling them now, in His Word, or they can believe it when it’s too late!" Because the Bible says, "Every man has been appointed to die once, then be judged." (somewhere in the NT) No offense or anything. I'm easily confused. Anyway. Now, asking which of the Trinity may be judging my be splitting hairs again; I think all three will judge because they make up one God. God is supreme, he knows what you did wrong, the Holy Spirit will testify, and Jesus will be the one cementing our fate; if he lived in us through the Holy Spirit or not, he'd know. Of course, the only thing I remember about judgement is us belivers are going to be judgers of angels, but that has nothing to do with this. : ) Oh yeah; I remember something else!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay…somewhere it says, again basically, "Everything we've done will be as if it's been passed through the fire when we are judged." The point is, whatever didn't make it though the fire is worthless. And I KNOW this verse is in the Bible; I spent a whole week thinking about it this year. Probably in the Johns or Corinthians? IDK. thanks for the wisdom! |
