Subject: Did Jesus go to hell after dying? |
Bible Note: Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?' And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.'" I need to clarify - I agree with you on the fact that we should discuss good doctrine, but not argue about it and not focus on it to the point of missing the simplicity of Jesus' plan for salvation. If you have your foundation locked it, you can chew on some good meat. To comment on your scripture, I found a site yesterday what behind the "depart from me, I never knew you" Satan, in the last days will create the one world church with the banner Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. but Jesus that Satan proclaims will not be the real Jesus. He will be protraid as merely a man that was a teacher, prophet and nothing more so that people who don't want to bow to anyone other than themselves will gravitate to this church. So when they say didn't we do this that and the other in your name, they didn't know that the Jesus they were refering to wasn't the Jesus that is Gods' only begotten Son. The site is www.Aaronsbiblestudies.com And I don't think I ever said discernment is chasing after the wind. I pray that all real seekers of the real God are provided wisdom and discernment to divide the truth from Satans' deceit. There you go, Satans aternatives are what I was getting at as the definition of Chasing after the Wind. Glad to see we'er on the same sheet of music. Keep up the good work brother and may God in Jesus' name bless you indeed and enlarge your territories and deliver you from evil that you may not cause pain. |
