Bible Answer: wel good thought .this is only my opinion but i will try and back it up using scripture.When did Adam and Eve repent? they didnt. they were sorry later on ,i believe. using David and Hezekiah as examples when David sinned he repented and the Lord blessed him .When Hezikiah was sick and dying, the prophet came to him and told him to get his things sorted out as he was going to die. Hezikiah fasted and repented and the prophet turned back as the Lord relented and Gave Hezikiah another 15 years of life.when the Lord has pronounced Judgment on some one i believe if repentance comes straight away the Lord will relent.look at Moses, he never repented he just accepted Gods judgement, and also Ninevah and Jonah.YIC |
