Bible Question:
That Search option doesn't work as well as people think it does. I typed in Tree of Life and found a number of pages. The articles there either had the word Tree or Life in it, but none of them pointed me to anything on the Tree of Life. I love the Forum here. There is no doubt in my mind that this site is extremely helpful when it comes to studying God's Word. My understanding is that the Tree of Life and the Tree of Knowledge are two separate trees. And they would know that they're the cause of all this. Adam and Eve, they knew perfection at it's best, they walked with God in the garden, and to see where we have come to tsday would probably lay a guilt trip on them that no man should have to bear. The tree of Life gave life, that was what it was ment to do. Gen. 3:22(NASB) Then the Lord God said, "Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might stretch out his hand and take also from the tree of Life, and eat, and live forever". 23) Therefore the Lord God sent him out from the garden of Eden... |
