202 | Who was on the earth first Adam or satan | Is 14:12 | jlpangilinan | 114653
We knew that God created the angels ahead from human the proof of that is satan tempted adam and eve. But when satan was there in eden tempting eve, that is not the time that satan and 1/3 of angels has been cast out. Re 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, Re 12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. Re 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. In Revelation, it was written that satan "which decieveth the whole world has been cast out:" if we believed that during the time of eve, satan was already cast out it is only 2 person he decieved at the time, not the whole world. In Re 12:8 it was written "And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven." Satan and his angel has found no place in heaven. Take a look at this verse from job. Job 1:6 ¶ Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them. Job 1:7 And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. In that passages, satan was allowed to present himself before the Lord. If the time of eve, satan was already cast out it is no way that in the time of Job he can still be allowed to present himself before the Lord because in Revelation it stated the his (satan)place no more found in heaven. I hope it would helps. God bless, |

203 | Angels have free will? | Is 14:13 | jlpangilinan | 80212
The angels has free will, that is why satan do what he thinks right for him. The human as we know has free will, but after the judgement we are not capable of sinning anymore, therefore there is no chance of rebel against God if we are in His kingdom already. After the war in heaven dragon and his angel cast out, the angles that followed satan are numbered third part of angels. After that I am sure there are no more angels will leave God otherwise the third part will change it could be one half or more. 204 | Question about Tyre | Is 23:1 | jlpangilinan | 63328
God directed the prophets to predict the distruction of Tyre so it will be known by man. Who give the prediction to the prophets anyway? who give them powers to predict the things that will happen in the future? it is God, if God dont know that Tyre will destroy in the future (times of the prophet) He cannot give the prediction to them that those things will happen. The wickedness and idolatry of this city are frequently denounced by the prophets, and its final destruction predicted (Isa 23:1; Jer 25:22; Eze 26:1-21; 28:1-19; Am 1:9-10; Zec 9:2-4) God bless, Johnny |

208 | WHAT IS THE CORRECT DIVINE NAME | Is 63:16 | jlpangilinan | 51329
The correct letters that found in the script is YHWH NAME JEHOVAH was knwon only on 14 centruy it is unkmown to jews. in my personal opinion if the word JEHOVAH is born on 14 century God has no name before that time. It is also hard to believed that Jehovah is the name of God because in the hebrew alphabet there is no letter "J" What is written there is YHWH they just put additional letter so we can read it Jehovah or Yaweh. This is the name that written in Isa 63:16 Doubtless thou art our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel acknowledge us not: thou, O LORD, art our father, our redeemer; thy name is from everlasting. In the new testament Jesus (in my king james) never mention the name of His father was Jehova He always calle His Father or Our Father. God bless, Johnny |

209 | DIFFERENT NAMES FOR GOD | Is 63:16 | jlpangilinan | 63606
God the Father "Father" God the Son "Jesus Christ" In the hebrews scriptures it "YHWH" was found but there are no one live today how this word pronounced to moses: Jehovas withnesses said that "JEHOVAH is the name of God the father. But they also accepted in thier own books that even the jew never know this name. They also exaplain that they use JEHOVAH because of its popularity. Word Jehovah came out on 14th century it is also impossible that this is the correct name of God the Father because hebrews scriptures has no letter "J" which is the very start of the said name. And I dont believed that God only have His name on 14th century. YAHWEH is an addtional to "YHWH" because they cannot pronounce it correctly they put Y"A"HW"E"H "A" and "E" to read it YAWEH. The name of God the Father: Isa 63:16 Doubtless thou art our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel acknowledge us not: thou, O LORD, art our father, our redeemer; thy name is from everlasting. In the new testament Jesus Christ simply called God the Father "our Father" or "My Father" not JehovaH not Yahweh. God bless, Johnny |

It is not recorded if they are married: Now Sarai Abram's wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar. Ge 16:2 And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai. Ge 16:3 And Sarai Abram's wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife. Regarding your other question: Ge 22:14 And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen. |

211 | Why evil and suffering? | Jer 17:9 | jlpangilinan | 116876
God is good, He is powerful, God is love, because He is Love He created angels, and man not like a robot but a person that has his own free will. Ge 2:16 ¶ And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: Ge 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. God created us a person has free will, free to choose we are not robot. God is love, to proved His Love He created us a a subject of His Love, to express His Love. Love that not express is not love but selfishness. 1Jo 4:7 ¶ Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 1Jo 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. Why there are suffering in the world? Ge 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Ge 3:16 ¶ Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. 16. Easton Torrey ¶ And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; Ge 3:18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; Ge 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. After disobedience sickness and death comes in, adam and eve used thier free will to disobey God. If the man did not disobey there is no suffering and death. The disobedience of Adam and eve, cause death and suffering for us all: 1Co 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. God bless, |

212 | who is the king of tyre? | Ezekiel | jlpangilinan | 20271
HIRAM 2Sa 5:11 And Hiram king of Tyre sent messengers to David, and cedar trees, and carpenters, and masons: and they built David an house. 1Ki 5:1 And Hiram king of Tyre sent his servants unto Solomon; for he had heard that they had anointed him king in the room of his father: for Hiram was ever a lover of David. TYRE: a rock, now es-Sur; an ancient Phoenician city, about 23 miles, in a direct line, north of Acre, and 20 south of Sidon. Sidon was the oldest Phoenician city, but Tyre had a longer and more illustrious history. The commerce of the whole world was gathered into the warehouses of Tyre. "Tyrian merchants were the first who ventured to navigate the Mediterranean waters; and they founded their colonies on the coasts and neighbouring islands of the AEgean Sea, in Greece, on the northern coast of Africa, at Carthage and other places, in Sicily and Corsica, in Spain at Tartessus, and even beyond the pillars of Hercules at Gadeira (Cadiz)" (Driver's Isaiah). In the time of David a friendly alliance was entered into between the Hebrews and the Tyrians, who were long ruled over by their native kings Johnny |

216 | Why did God wait to send the Holy Spirit | Joel 2:28 | jlpangilinan | 113325
Because He is God, He knows of what is the right time to send His Holy Spirit. Ps 139:6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it. Because He is perfecr He knew it was the perfect time to sent His Holy Spirit. Everything He done is judgement. God did not wait so long, do you think wait for tomorrow or another day or day after tomorrow. He knew that when He sent His Holy Spirit that is the perfect time to send it because He is God. De 32:4 He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he. God bless, |

217 | Can anyone else answer this question? | Joel 2:28 | jlpangilinan | 113697
No problem my friend, but again I want to strike on that you use "He wait so long" I dont think God the allpowerful allmighty have to "wait" we have to be reminded that God created the time and space, I dont think God is covered of that time He created. God bless, |

218 | Why do catholic call Mary mother of God. | Amos 1:1 | jlpangilinan | 69518
The reason why catholics consider mary as a mother of God because it was taught to them, and thier members believed even without trying to find out whether it is true or not. The bible clearly stated that mary was the mother of Jesus when He was in the human form. Nowhere in the bible stated that God needs or has His own mother otherwise it is God created His own mother. I respect Mary as a mother of Jesus in His human form but not as a mother of God: Lu 1:30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. Most of the catholics believed in traditions instead of the bible, they did not consider the bible as a sole authority, for them Bible is not enough in term of doctrine for salvation. But scriptures said:Isa 34:16 Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them. The catholics has thier own dogma, so what thier church said even it is not in the bible they going to believed it. For example the black cross, here in the Philippines, they taught that if you kiss that black cross some hundreds of your venial sins was forgiven, if we look that doctrine it is nowhere in the bible but they embrace it and believed it. God bless, Johnny |

219 | Do catholics share the same bible? | Amos 1:1 | jlpangilinan | 69525
They have thier own translations, here in the Philippines they have bible that really for catholics. They usually use the Good news bible. They consider the books written by thier saints i.e. saint thomas aquinas and many more. And they more consider the traditions instead of teaching of the Bible. Most of the catholics are not bible oriented, here in the philippines because of the 330 years of invasion of spain the bible called here"libreta de secreto" the only authority to read and to explain it, is those priest and they so called studied in the "college of apostle" which is again against to the statement of the bible. Re 1:3 ¶ Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. If you have some discussion to them, if you critic some doctrine that not in the bible, they depend it by thier traditions and not what the bible written. here in the Philippines, before the spanish came, the native of BULACAN (one of our town) had this practice to dance in thier "anitos" gods of fertility in order to have children if you have not. The catholics simply adopted that teaching, now in the BULACAN the people thier continue to pray for fertility now not in in thier "gods" but to sant clair. I asked this to the priest if it is ok, because the practice is the same "pagan" and he said at least now they know how to direct thier prayer to saint clair, and not to ANITOS. Is this Bible doctrine? NO. God bless, Johnny |

220 | Exodus and a God to fear | Mal 3:6 | jlpangilinan | 75077
Fear God means that you obey His Will or walked in His way. Ge 20:11 And Abraham said, Because I thought, Surely the fear of God is not in this place; and they will slay me for my wife's sake The people that not fear God are those wicked one's, for example me I fear God so I dont want to do harm in my nieghboor as I could. fear indeed is not just for God but for our parents. Le 19:3 Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and keep my sabbaths: I am the LORD your God. So fear is not completely means scared, but respect. Maybe moses taught it that way because at the time it could be the way that thier mind can comprehend. If we remember almost all they need to do is specifically given to them i.e they have wash thier hands if they touch such dead animals. God did not change or change His mind: Mal 3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. He is really a loving God from everlasting. He is God that will love people that will obey His commandments and God that will not tolerate the wickedness of anyone. The application maybe different from Old Testament into a New Testament but it is the same God will punish the wicked ones forever and everlasting: Re 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. God bless, |
