Are you saying that this of of God? That this is preaching Jesus and His cross? (The cross is part of who Jesus is) I amwondering if you know what the WoF is actually teaching? Also JW's preach a Cross (Actually to them its a stake) and a Jesus does this mean they are right? WoF do teach faith but not a Godly faith, Its a Personal faith not given by God but it is given to you by you only speaking. I see the sick things these people are teaching and it makes me squirm, I write these people asking them to give me scripture proof of some of there claims. I never gotten a letter back or E-mail, except a letter stating that if I give money now it will be given back to me 100 fold. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. 2 Timothy 4:3-4(KJV) God Bless you, Darcy Munn |

Part 2. Well, what about this prosperity that the Word of Faith brothers keep preaching about? 1.18:27 But He said, "The things that are impossible with people are possible with God." Luke 18:28 Peter said, "Behold, we have left our own homes and followed You." Luke 18:29 And He said to them, "Truly I say to you, there is no one who has left house or wife or brothers or parents or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God, Luke 18:30 who will not receive many times as much at this time and in the age to come, eternal life." 2.Mark 10:29 Jesus said, "Truly I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or farms, for My sake and for the gospel's sake, 3 Mark 10:30 but that he will receive a hundred times as much now in the present age, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and farms, along with persecutions; and in the age to come, eternal life. "Now in the present age." Perhaps someone would like to "Translate/Interpret what Jesus meant by that. Does present age mean now? Surely not, because that's what the Word of Faith brothers preach. Let me say this, God doesn't care if you are a billionaire as long as you own the money and the money doesn't own you. God will bless the socks off anyone who has the guts to believe what He has promised, and not waver in their faith. Of course if you are a true follower of the Master, Jesus Christ, then you will know that Malachi 3:10 was never meant for the gentile believers, and after Jesus fulfilled the old covenant, even the Jews aren't bound by it. Brothers and sisters, God doesn't want 10 percent of what you have, He wants everything. He expects us to be willing to give up everything we have for His sake, the same as He gave up His most precious Son for us. Our brothers from the Word of Faith Churches have discovered a truth about God and they keep telling people about it, but loys of them say, "God forbid, that I might presume to expect God to actually be obedient to the promises He made." Some of you say that it's sacrilegious to say to God, "Well, I did what You told me to do, so now I believe You will do what You promised," but isn't that what you do when you get saved? You are in essence saying to God, "I have repented and surrendered myself to You, now I believe You will keep me from eternal damnation." "Hey, God I intend to hold You to Your word." Oh, my God Hank, can you believe he is saying such things?" Continued: |

"Do the Scriptures teach that human beings are (or can become) "little gods"? "No. If it were true that human beings are "little gods," then one would expect them to display qualities similar to those known to be true of God. This seems only logical. However, when one compares the attributes of humankind with those of God, we find more than ample testimony for the truth of Paul's statement in Romans 3:23 that human beings "fall short of the glory of God." Consider the following: * God is all-knowing (Isaiah 40:13,14), but man is limited in knowledge (Job 38:4). * God is all-powerful (Revelation 19:6), but man is weak (Hebrews 4:15). * God is everywhere-present (Psalm 139:7-12), but man is confined to a single space at a time (John 1:50). * God is holy (1 John 1:5), but even man's "righteous" deeds are as filthy garments before God (Isaiah 64:6). * God is eternal (Psalm 90:2), but man was created at a point in time (Genesis 1:1,26,27). * God is truth (John 14:6), but man's heart is deceitful above all else (Jeremiah 17:9). * God is characterized by justice (Acts 17:31), but man is lawless (1 John 3:4; see also Romans 3:23) * God is love (Ephesians 2:4,5), but man is plagued with numerous vices like jealousy and strife (1 Corinthians 3:3). If man is a god, one could never tell it by his attributes! Man's ignorance of his alleged divinity proves that he is not God. If human beings are essentially God, and if God is an infinite and changeless being, then how is it possible for man (if he is a manifestation of divinity) to go through a changing process of enlightenment by which he discovers his divinity? "The fact that a man 'comes to realize' he is God proves that he is not God. If he were God he would never have passed from a state of unenlightenment to a state of enlightenment as to who he is." To put it another way, "God cannot bud. He cannot blossom. God has always been in full bloom. That is, God is and always has been God."
