I think you are now reading something in Luke that is not there. Where does it say they were celebrating his BIRTHDAY? They were in fact celebrating his BIRTH. If you do indeed consider me to be your brother, please give me the curtesy of not insulting me by wishing me a merry whatever, because you do know , whether or not you agree, that I do not recognize that day as a holy day. There are actually Holy days in the Bible, which are to be observed forever. But Most professing "Churches" ignore tyhem and do observe manmade holy days which come from pagan days. P.S. How can anyone give glory to "God" in the highest by memorializing a pagan day? |

Then in your posts brother, change your "we" to "you" or "I". Don't inform "me" that I should not be worshipping my lord on a particular day because you don't. WOS And I didn’t say the birth was celebrated, I said it was observed, by heavenly angels nonetheless. |
