Greetings EdB! I can't speak for Love Fountain, but I think that he is simply refering to the shape of the cross, not the fact of the cross. There is evidence of different kinds of crosses in use at the time of Jesus' death. However, none of them looked like the "traditional" cross. One looked like an "X". One looked like a "T", while one was simply a stake or pole. If I have misunderstood your position Love Fountain, please let me know! Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |

Dear Tim, Thank you for understanding and paying attention to the details. I was not taking any position and did not use my own words but was sharing something I thought to be of interest in regards to the shape of the cross as you have understood. Bless you, Love Fountain Matt 16:24 24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. KJV |
