If "Our god is good" is a Bible quotation, could you please enlighten us: what book, chapter, and verse is that found in? I would be happy to respond to your post if I knew what you meant. |

Hi kalos, Last night on television the networks showed Palestinians celebrating the loss of life here in the United States. They were saying "God is good, God is good." I don't believe that this situation is because of our God's goodness, so I can not agree with them that it is from God. What I tried to say in my previous post is that to my mind they were saying, "Our god is good." "Our god is good." Let me type that word in the lower case once more."Our god (Allah) is good." If their god rejoices over suffering, then he is not good. Its because we don't notice capitalization that we don't give the glory that is due Him. Our God is good and He is able to help us in our time of need. |
