1 | Doers of the Law means...?? | Rom 2:13 | DocTrinsograce | 143612 | ||
Hi, brother Kalos... It is possible that this person has created this phrase "crucified soul" from the following: I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20) That would represent a misunderstanding, however, since "crucified with Christ" is a metaphor. For example, we sometimes say our sin was "nailed to the cross" and use other language like that, but we don't mean them in a literal way. On the Internet I do find the phrase "crucified soul" on some Roman Catholic sites, as well as a few sites that are pretty garbled, but seem to have something to do with exorcism. In Him, Doc |
