Jesus Christ said lots of things to show us that we are all equal and as far as the one scripture someone might give for an answer , is, that , Many are called but few are chosen , well it has been added and should not even be in our bibles. and with God there is no respector of persons. Go back and see what Jesus had to say about this, and you can count on what He says , unless it is another scripture that has been added too. Marie Spruell | ||||||

Hi Marie, I'm not quite clear about what you meant when you said "well it has been added and should not even be in our bibles". Could you clarify? Speaking the Truth in Love, BradK |

Greetings Marie! You wrote: "Here is an example , 2 MEN will be in ONE bed and one will be taken and the other will be left , the word Men was added by some man while the bible was being Retranslated. So it should not be put in our bibles, i believe it is in Matt or ST John. It wasn't in the Original Texts ," The example you are citing comes from Matt. 24:40. It is true that the word 'men' does not occur in v. 40. However, it is also true that the words 'two' and 'one' are both masculine. Therefore, it is entirely appropriate to translate the verse as 'two men'. Notice that in v. 41, the words 'two' and 'one' are both feminine. Thus, they are translated as 'two women'. This also is entirely appropriate. Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
