The question is, if we find ourselves in a place where not much fruit or perhaps no fruit is being produced that perhaps it is God's way of telling us to move on? Steve |

Hi, Brother Steve... Before your question could be answered one would need to define the word "fruit" in the context of Christ's discourse with His disciples in this passage. Our Lord seeks something more than followers. He wants disciples. Think outside the conventional definition from our denomination. What is the fruit of a disciple? (Read from 14:23 through 16:15.)
